Diese SZ Curl-Hantelstange bietet genügend Platz für viel Gewicht mit 26cm langen Scheibenaufnahmen und einen stabilen Grip durch einen dickeren Hantelschaft von 28mm. Gewinkelte Griffe schonen Gelenke
Durch die klassisch gewinkelten Griffe hat man bei der Übungsausführung zum einen die Möglichkeit die Griffpositionen zu wechseln, zum anderen den Vorteil, dass eben diese Positionen, die Gelenke schonen bei der Übungsausführung. Das Knurling gibt zusätzlich einen guten Halt. Die Scheibenaufnahme liegt wie bei olympischen Stangen bei einem Durchmesser von 50mm.

Mega Teil. Hatte alle großen Alternativen auf dem deutschen und US Markt gecheckt und mich für die hier entschieden: Form ist perfekt um eng und weit zu greifen, und Knurling ist über die gesamte Grifflänge (nicht nur am weiten Griff wie bei sehr vielen anderen Herstellern). Beschichtung der Stange ist E-coating, sieht geil aus und fühlt sich gut an. Für den Preis ein Traum.

Great looking, and great value bar! I was bit affraid about grip and curl for triceps french press, but it's just perfect. For regular biceps curls or scott curl is also great, so it is pleasure to work with this barbell. Well made, good price, looks great and does great job for arm workout! Also delivery for Croatia was very fast, it surprised me...10/10
Excellent EZ curl bar — perfect knurling for a solid, comfortable grip without being too sharp. The 12 kg weight gives it a premium, sturdy feel, and the balance is spot on. The curved design is ideal for both biceps and triceps work, and the smooth end caps add a nice professional touch. Feels like a high-end gym bar.

This is the biggest EZ bar i've ever used. Grip is perfect, the black / chromed look is superb.
