Widerstandsbänder können nicht nur für sehr viele unterschiedliche Fitnessübungen, sondern z. B. auch für physiotherapeutische Übungen nach Verletzungen verwendet werden.

Diese Widerstandsbänder lassen sich ohne Weiteres verstauen oder transportieren und werden somit zum idealen Trainingsgerät.

Während der Verfestigung des Latexmaterials entsteht eine natürliche Schrumpfung (Verhältnis 1,05–1,15), die diese Toleranz verursacht.

These resistance bands do exactly what they're supposed to do. I mainly use them for warming up before training and for shoulder rehabilitation exercises, and they've been working perfectly. The quality is good, they feel durable, and the price is very reasonable. If you're looking for simple, reliable resistance bands without spending a fortune, these are an easy recommendation.
