Love these plates! Solid, old-school cast iron with a nice thin profile, so you can load up the bar for heavy squats and deadlifts. The lip makes them super easy to grip and move around. Great quality and totally worth the money for any home gym

excellent plates, except the coating is a bit slippery in the hands. And the coating in the holes make the fit realy tight and leaves coating spots on the bar.
