My knee area measured 13 1/2". I ordered a Medium & a Large. Could barely get Medium up to below my knee. Sleeves are very tight fitting so Large was better. Took a bit to pull over knee but worth it. My knees don't bother me like they did prior to the sleeves while I do squats with weights.

I'm really disappointed. I ordered this sleeves in size XL, thinking they'd fit me (knee circumferences 40cm, calf circumference 42cm; chart says they are suitable for 42 - 47cm). Nope. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to put them on, and I tried literally every trick I could find on the internet (folding techniques and using different things as an assistant like lifting straps). I don't understand this; my measurements are at the lower end yet I can not put them on. So yeah, very disappointed with the sleeves since the chart is not helpful nor accurate at all.
