I've only used commerical bars for a while and this is an absolute gamechanger for deadlifts. Knurling is verry sharp, even after 5 months of heavy usage the grip is verry nice on this bar. It is also verry stif, what makes it ideal to practice the big 3!

The knurling is perfection: not too sharp, but super grippy. I’m starting to wish that everything in my house was knurled like this bar. Knurled doorknobs. Knurled toilet handle. Knurled silverware. Knurled refrigerator handle. Knurled coffee pot. Knurled car door handle. Knurled cups. Knurl it all! Oh yeah, the rest of the bar seems solid too.

Great bar. I leave it at the gym tight next to a friends ohio power bar. They look pretty close but I personally think mine looks a little nicer with the nickel and the bands around the collars. The knurling is more aggressive than the ohio bar both work well so its personal preference.

It is my first olympic barbell, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I love the knurl. Have used it only for flat bench press and deadlift, so I do not have a lot to say about the spin.

And the knurling is quite aggressive indeed. Pro tip: If you're going to bench and you might end up going to failure, wear a shirt. Doing the roll of shame with this aggressive of a knurling turned the middle of my chest down to my belly button into grated cheese. Ouch.

Power bar I would highly recommend this Power Bar, the knurling just seems right and the bar is stiff and feels good when bench pressing. The IPF markings are clear and the 29mm thickness makes it comfortable in hand.

Perfect power bar, affordable Literally everything I’ve been looking for in a power bar similar to Eleiko or Rogue for much less. The knurling is spot on, sharp and rough how a real power bar should be.
